The Position
Heckenberg Lawyers are seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator in our CBD office.
Heckenberg Lawyers is a busy, successful, and well-established boutique firm specialising in Wills, Estate Planning, Wills disputes and Probate.
Your duties:
* First point of contact for our office, answering calls, liaising with clients, making appointments, and scheduling meetings.
* Attend to mail and reception emails.
* Providing administration support to our firms lawyers, diary management, data entry, filing, scanning and other general duties
* Assisting in the daily operation of the business (office supplies, events, and general office upkeep).
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills. You should be organised, efficient and fast-learning, willing to support the team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Good working knowledge of LEAP legal software is essential.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
